Barbara Lou (Bob) Haney

Funeral Services for Barbara Lou ("Bob") Haney, age 79 of Ravenna, TX will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Wise Funeral Home Chapel in Bonham, Texas. Officiating will be her nephew Bro. Mark Mullins. Interment will follow at Carson Cemetery in Ector, Texas. "Bob" passed away on January 10, 2018. She was born November 10, 1938 in Bonham, Texas to Thomas Alma Aaron, Sr. and Easter Era Grisham Aaron Sr.

Bob married Alfred Lee Haney on March 25, 1976 in Bonham, TX. She loved music, playing the piano and singing. She had a passion for nature and country living. She took great pride in pranking others. She liked telling stories and helping others. Her greatest joy however was spending time her family.

Bob was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Alma Aaron, Sr. & Easter Era Aaron, and sisters, Lorene Hughes, Betty Jane Burns, Patsy Ann Fluharty and Alma Jean Caplinger.

Surviving are her husband of 41 years, Alfred Lee Haney daughter, Melissa Clark and Shelly Ahrens of Joshua, TX; sons, Wade Daniel and wife Becky of Bartlesville, OK, Michael Aaron Peal and wife Mary of Bonham, TX and Johnny Haney and wife Jennifer of Euless, Tx; grandchildren, Ashley Daniel, Cody Peal, Alan Peal, Leslie Haney and Timothy Haney; great-grandchildren, Aiden Peal and Brynleigh Peal; sisters, Agnes Mullins of Greenville, TX; brothers, Tommy Aaron of Bonham, TX. Other surviving family include, several nieces, nephews and cousins, and her dog Sky.

Pallbearers will be Johnny Haney, Michael Peal, Cody Peal, Aaron Fluharty, John Fluharty and Timothy Haney.

The family will receive friends at 7-9 PM on Monday, January 15, 2018 at Wise Funeral Home.
