Aurline Octavia Bailey was born February 2, 1941 in Pineville, Louisiana to Benjamin M. Rougeou and Ruby Lee Chelette Rougeou. She passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at 2:45 P.M. at Gulfcoast Medical Center in Ft. Myers, Florida.

She married Leonard F. Bailey, August 27, 1960 at Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Lecompte, Louisiana.

Mrs. Bailey was employed at Texas Instruments in Sherman, Tx, Blue Cross & Blue Shield in Bonham, Tx, and most recently The Classic Connection in Bonham.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt & niece.

Mrs. Bailey is survived by daughters, Valerie Easley and husband John Norris of Mulberry, Tx, Lynn Ann Edwards and husband Mark of Cape Coral, Florida, grandchildren, Connor & Bailey Pollack of Cape Coral, Florida. Sisters and brothers, Roanne Nichols and husband Garland, Caliste Rougeou and wife Sandy, Dorothy Brown, Jim Rougeou and wife Opal, Sally Eskue and husband Tommy, Benjamin Rougeou and wife Dianne, Rhetta Johnstone and husband Stacy and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Bailey was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Leonard, her son Justin Bailey, her parents and one sister.

Pallbearers will be Mark Edwards, Connor Pollack, Brad Eskue, Chauncey Nichols, Tommy Eskue and John Norris.

Graveside Services will be held at 10 am Thursday June 4, 2015 at Mulberry Cemetery under the direction of Wise Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at Wise Funeral Home from 7-8 pm Wednesday night, June 3, 2015.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her honor to Page Rehabilitation & Healthcare, 2310 N. Airport Road, Ft. Myers, Florida 33907.
