Augustine Baker

Funeral Services for Augustine Baker, age 93 of Greenville, TX will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 19, 2018 at Wise Funeral Home Chapel in Bonham, TX. Officiating will be Mr. Wilbert Gunn. Interment will follow at Willow Wild Cemetery in Bonham, TX. Augustine passed away on November 15, 2018. She was born March 12, 1925 in Bailey, Texas to Millard Filmore Brown & Velma Butler Brown.

Augustine was a graduate of Bailey High School and a member of the Northside Church of Christ.  She enjoyed oil painting and taught classes at her home.  She was a seamstress and taught sewing classes.  Augustine was a very good mother and provider and active in the lives of her children.

Augustine was preceded in death by her husband J Lee Baker on; parents, Millard Filmore Brown & Velma Brown; and her sons J. Eric Baker and Rodney Brown Baker.

Surviving are her daughter, Janice "Jan" Webb; numerous grandchildren, including Derek Lee Webb;  extended family and a host of friends

The family will receive friends at 6-8 PM Sunday on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Wise Funeral Home.
