Alvin Charles "Chuck" Raymond Wood, Jr.

Graveside services for Chuck Wood, 57, of Bailey, will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, Feb. 17, 2014 at West Post Oak Cemetery, County Road 35610 in Paris, Texas under the direction of Wise Funeral Home. Chaplain Mark Posey will officiate. Chuck passed away early Friday, Feb. 14, 2014 at Red River Regional Hospital, Bonham.

Chuck was born June 12, 1956 in Bonham, Texas, the son of Alvin Charles Raymond Wood, Sr. and Emma Frances Bledsoe. He was a Hope Concrete Truck Driver for a number of years and a "CB" Radio Operator. He enjoyed playing organ music and working on clocks.

Sons: Jerry "Tiny" Wood and wife, Rebecca and Charles Wood and wife,Henretta
Daughters: Pamela Baker, Dawn Ashby, Sarah Wood and Kristal Clark Lewis
Sisters: Helen Lynn Evans and husband, Randall, Sharon Kinkade and husband, Larry and Angela Evett
17 grandchildren, extended family and a host of friends.
