Allen Ray Shipp

Allen Ray Shipp was born Sept. 13, 1967 in McKinney, Texas, the son of Thomas Lambert "Tommy" Shipp and Sheila Faye Campbell Shipp.  He was a truck driver for a number of years.  He loved to dance and enjoyed country and western music.  He also loved spending time with family and friends.  Allen attended the Pentecostal church.

Allen passed away Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX.  Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Wise Funeral Home, Bonham, TX.

Allen was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Fronia Daniels Campbell and Cecil Campbell and paternal grandparents, Goldie Shipp and R. D. Shipp.

Allen is survived by his fiancé, Rhonda Griffin Gregory of Denison, TX; mother, Sheila Jacobs of Bonham, TX; his father, Tommy Shipp of Fort Worth, TX; son, Cody Shipp and wife Bridgett of Phoenix, AZ; daughter, Courtney Butner of Bonham, TX; grandchildren, Travis J. Jacobs, Tyson R. Jacobs, Alec Shipp and Tyla Butner; sister, Casey Jacobs of Bonham, TX; a number of cousins, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
